For owner-clinicians running independent and multi-location outpatient clinics

Run the work between appointments.

Replace the handoffs scattered across schedules, inboxes, notes, billing tasks, and personal reminders. RegenFlow gives owners and teams one place to prepare the visit, review the work, and own the next step—without replacing clinical judgment.

The operational problem

Clinic work should not depend on someone remembering the next step.

The hardest part is often not the appointment. It is the work that gets carried between people, inboxes, templates, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems.

01

Protocol and template drift

The clinic’s best workflow lives in one person’s head, then changes as it moves between roles.

02

Follow-up falls through

Patients who need recall, a check-in, a signature, or a billing action are buried in personal reminders.

03

No shared operating view

Owners and teams cannot see what is ready, blocked, assigned, or awaiting clinician approval.

04

Procedure-series continuity breaks

A patient reaches injection 3 of 6 and no one can see what happened at injection 2—or which kit, lot, and handoff belong to the series.

Work, not feature nouns

Know what is usable now and what needs configuration.

Availability is attached to each workflow so a demo does not blur shipped capability, clinic setup, and roadmap work.

Available now means the base product can be evaluated today.

Configured per clinic means the underlying capability exists, but scope, controls, and price are confirmed before activation.

On the roadmap means it is not sold as currently available.

Frequently asked

Clear answers before a demo.

What kind of clinic is RegenFlow built for?

RegenFlow is built for independent, clinician-led, multidisciplinary, and multi-location outpatient practices with recurring scheduling, documentation, billing, and follow-up work. It is not an inpatient hospital EHR or emergency-department system.

Is RegenFlow only for regenerative medicine?

No. Regenerative medicine is one supported specialty configuration. The core clinic operating system is designed for a broader outpatient market, including allied health, mental health, medical aesthetics, sports medicine, integrative care, and multi-disciplinary practices.

Does AI make clinical decisions?

No. AI can prepare drafts, organize source context, and surface work. A clinician remains responsible for review, approval, sign-off, and every clinical decision.

How does data residency and HIPAA-related contracting work?

Security terms are confirmed in writing before activation. The deployment package records the hosting region, data location, subprocessors, retention, access controls, and whether a BAA or regional privacy schedule is included. RegenFlow currently makes no public claim that every plan includes a BAA, Canadian or U.S. residency, or a SOC 2 attestation; compare the current security package with your clinic’s requirements. Review the security checklist.

What does onboarding include?

The Launch Sprint is $997 one-time and includes setup plus the first month of Booking Recovery Assist. Advanced configuration, data migration, third-party connections, custom security, specialty pathways, and multi-site rollouts are scoped separately before work begins.
